Executive Director
Position Overview:
The Executive Director is the highest leadership role at EATBOX Foundation, overseeing strategic planning, daily operations, financial management, and external relations. This position requires exceptional leadership and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure the mission, values, and long-term goals of the foundation are effectively achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Decision-Making
Develop and implement medium- to long-term organizational strategies
Report operational and financial performance to the Board regularly
Operations & Resource Management
Ensure smooth daily operations, including personnel, projects, finances, and resource allocation
Develop and monitor the annual budget
External Relations & Representation

Founder’s Assistant
Position Overview:
The Founder’s Assistant will work directly with the Founder of EATBOX Foundation, playing a vital role in daily administration, project management, brand promotion, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires high adaptability, initiative, and discretion, ensuring the Founder operates efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Calendar Management
Organize and manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, and travel plans
Maintain and track important documents, contracts, and correspondence
Handle daily emails, communications, and external inquiries
Project & Task Coordination
Track progress of projects assigned by the Founder, ensuring timely completion
Coordinate resources internally and externally to keep projects on track
Assist in research, report preparation, and presentation creation
Brand & Event Support
Assist in planning and executing brand activities, including fundraising and community events
Manage and update social media accounts and the official website
Support photography, design, marketing, and partnership negotiations
External Relations & Partnerships

The Operations Manager oversees and optimizes daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across food rescue, meal preparation, delivery, and volunteer management, while continuously improving efficiency and service quality.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in system integration, troubleshooting, and implementing innovative digital solutions to support the foundation’s operations and growth.
