Why We Need Partners

At EATBOX Foundation, we believe that tackling hunger and reducing food waste is not a mission that a single organization can accomplish alone. It requires collective action and collaboration across sectors. By partnering with corporations, community groups, the F&B industry, non-profits, and media outlets, we can expand our resource network more rapidly and build sustainable meal assistance systems in more communities.

Types of Partners We’re Looking For

Food & In-Kind Donation Partners

• Donate surplus edible ingredients, cosmetically imperfect but nutritious produce, and near-expiry food

• Provide packaging materials, meal boxes, kitchen equipment, and cold chain logistics support

Corporate Sponsorship & CSR Partners

• Support projects through corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives

• Co-host charity events or corporate volunteer days

• Launch co-branded charity products, donating a portion of the proceeds to the foundation

Professional Service Partners

• Offer expertise in brand design, web development, marketing, legal advisory, accounting, and auditing

• Provide digital or automation solutions to enhance project efficiency

Media & Promotion Partners

• Collaborate on public service announcements, documentaries, or social media content

• Amplify the foundation’s message to reach more beneficiaries and supporters

Partner Benefits

  • Brand Visibility: Partner logos featured on EATBOX.org, event materials, and social media channels
  • Media Exposure: Opportunities for press coverage of partnership projects
  • Enhanced CSR Profile: Demonstrate your commitment to social responsibility through active participation
  • Team Engagement: Employees can join volunteer activities to directly experience the impact of their contributions

Partnership Process

  1. Initial Contact: Connect with our partnership team to discuss opportunities
  2. Scope Agreement: Define resource commitments, partnership duration, and expected outcomes
  3. Formal Agreement: Sign an MOU or contract outlining mutual responsibilities
  4. Execution: Launch the project, monitor progress, and conduct regular evaluations
  5. Showcase Results: Share achievements through events, reports, and media coverage

Case Studies

Through real collaboration stories, we showcase how each partnership has transformed communities, touched lives, and reduced waste. These cases are more than numbers — they are heartfelt chapters woven from people, compassion, and action.
